Who should attend
This course is designed for teachers in charter or private school settings:
- Movement, remedial and class teachers
- Program/pedagogical leaders
- Independent educational therapists working with the Extra Lesson
Step 2. If you are not currently on the faculty of a Waldorf school, a brief telephone interview is required, just to be sure we have shared expectations.
Step 3. Letter of pending acceptance, and tuition billing.
Step 4. Payment of a minimum $50 deposit (see terms).
Step 5. Letter of acceptance and billing for balance. For personal pay, all tuition must be paid before course begins. If school or other institution is paying, a purchase order can be accepted.

Tuition and Dinner
Tuition is $790; this includes a dinner on the opening evening, and then at noontime Monday through Saturday. (The meals are prepared by AWS Chef Heather Forrester!)
For breakfasts and suppers, you will be welcome to use the school kitchen (including refrigerator, freezer, etc.). There are many stores and restaurants nearby.
A variety of options is available, including camping, billeting in nearby homes, bed & breakfasts, and area hotels. We will help you set this up, on a first-come, first-served basis. When we receive your registration, we will send you an email with information about lodging.
Class size is limited
Early registrants will be given priority for class space and housing options. Any registration fees received after class limit is reached will be returned.
Class fees & payments
Combined tuition and daily meal plan is $790, the first $50 of which will hold your spot in the class and is not refundable. I will send you a pay-by-mail invoice or Paypal invoice; please indicate preference on form at right. Completion of payment and/or receipt of school Purchase Order is due before course begins; no tuition assistance is available. All cancellations must be submitted by mail or email. To receive a full refund for course fees, cancellation notice must be received 20 calendar days before the course begins. After that date, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged and the balance refunded.
If at the sole discretion of the course organizer a participant is not contributing to a positive learning environment, that participant shall be required to exit the course and will be given a refund appropriate to the circumstances.
